2017:  Excellent competitor in the multis… Major contributed to the team’s second-place finish in SCIAC and final national ranking of 10th… Won the national championship in the 100 Hurdles with a time of 13.98 for an All-America nod… Contributed to the eighth-place showing at nationals by the 4x100 Relay that gained All-America status… Also qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the Heptathlon after scoring a school-record 4,799 points at the Jim Click Shootout… All-Region recipient for outdoor track & field in 100 Hurdles, Heptathlon, 100 Meters, and 4x100 Relay… Collected All-SCIAC honors in three events… Launched a third-place mark of 119’ 7” in the Javelin for All-Conference honors during the SCIAC Championships… Also defended her 100 Hurdles title with a conference meet record time of 14.20… Ran the fastest 100-meter time (12.17) of the season for second place at the conference finale… This time now ranks fourth all-time at Redlands… Contributed to the school-record 4x100 Relay that completed the race in 47.38 during the second multi-dual of the conference season…  All-Region selection for indoor track & field in the 60 Hurdles, Pentathlon, and Shot Put… Posted a career-best time of 8.71 in the 60 Hurdles during the NCAA Indoor prelims… Went on to finish third for All-America honors… Excelled in the classroom with a USTFCCCA All-Academic Selection and a spot on the SCIAC All-Academic Team… Named the Frank Serrao Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year… Nominated as the Bulldogs’ NCAA Woman of the Year… Attended the NCAA Career in Sports Forum as one of two Bulldog representatives… Redlands Scholar-Athlete…

2016: Continues to excel in the heptathlon, earning the highest total of her career as a junior during the Claremont Classic Multis at 4432 points… All-West Region honoree for Heptathlon and 100 Hurdles… Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a spot in the 100 Hurdles after unleashing a career-best time of 14.23 for second place during the Claremont Classic Multis… Topped her own standard in the 200 Meters during this meet as well, clocking a time of 25.98 for third place… In addition, her best mark in the Shot Put came at this competition, measuring in at 38’ 2 ¾” for second place… Improved upon her own career-best in the Long Jump by leaping to a distance of 16’ 10 ½” at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 3… Won the SCIAC title in the 100 Hurdles with a time of 14.54… Also ran on the All-SCIAC 4x100 Relay that completed the race in 48.95… Contributed to the first-place time of 48.89 for the relay during the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 3… Won three events at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 1 (100 Hurdles, 15.44), Shot Put (35’ 5 ¼”), and 4x100 Relay (49.56)… Contributed to the scholarly success of the Bulldogs’ USTFCCCA All-Academic Team… Collected USTFCCCA Individual All-Academic honors… Member of the SCIAC All-Academic Team as well… Redlands Scholar-Athlete…

2015: Excellent multi-faceted competitor for the Bulldogs… Competed in the heptathlon with great results… Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships, with her best individual event resulting in a fourth-place finish, as she notched a time of 14.88 in the 100 Hurdles… Also recorded season-best marks in the Shot Put (33’ 8 ¾”) and High Jump (4’ 8 ¾”)…  Fired off a time of 15.11 in this event to take home the SCIAC title and All-Conference honors… Also ran on the All-SCIAC 4x100 Relay that finished third with a time of 48.75… Posted a season-best time of 2:37.16 in the 800 Meters during the Claremont Classic Multis… Also recorded quality marks in the Long Jump (15’ 11 ½”), 100 Hurdles (14.72), and 200 Meters (26.02) as this meet… Topped her own standard with a career-best distance of 119’ 11” in the Javelin Throw during the Triton Invitational… Part of the squad that garnered USTFCCCA All-Academic Team recognition… Also honored individually with USTFCCCA All-Academic honors… Member of the SCIAC All-Academic Team as well…

2014:  Outstanding all-around competitor for the Bulldogs in her rookie year… Earned gold on six occasions, including four times in the 100 Hurdles… Earned All-Conference honors by winning the 100 Hurdles at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 14.97…. Also collected All-SCIAC honors with her fourth-place showing in the Javelin (113’ 4”) at the conference finale… Contributed to the third-place 4x100 Relay that clocked a time of 49.76 at the SCIAC Championships, earning All-SCIAC honors… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Named the Track MVP for the women's team...
