The University of Redlands women’s water polo team honored
its seniors in grand fashion on Saturday in Redlands, defeating
Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges, 11-4.
Senior driver Claire Quinn (Fresno, CA) dominated in her final game
at the Thompson Aquatic Center, netting a game-high five goals.
Senior center Sam Greenawalt (Riverside, CA) and freshman driver
Kelli Moy (Honolulu, HI) both found the back of the net twice while
freshman center Jamie Paul (Sandy, OR) and freshman driver Casey
Sripramong (Glendale, CA) buried one apiece.
Between the pipes, junior goalkeeper Whitney Schieler (Porterville,
CA) stymied the Athenas as no Claremont-Mudd-Scripps player scored
multiple goals. Schieler recorded a game-high 12 saves.
Redlands (11-15, 3-2 SCIAC) plays its final regular season Southern
California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) contests on
the road. The Bulldogs meet up with Whittier College next in
