2022 Women's Tennis All-SCIAC Teams
REDLANDS, Calif. - The 2022 All-Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Women's Tennis honors were announced Thursday following a vote conducted by the league's member head coaches.
The University of Redlands Women's Tennis team, who currently ranks No. 6 in the ITA Division III West Regional Rankings had two Bulldogs land on the All-SCIAC teams, including sophomore Liv Rockwood (Park City, UT) (1st Team) and junior Kendall Bolock (Yucaipa, CA) (2nd Team).
L. Rockwood who has played No. 1 all season for the Maroon and Grey put together an impressive season landing on the 1st Team for the first time in her career after posting a 4-3 record in singles and a 6-2 record in doubles with partner Mia Fitzgerald (Kilauea, HI).
Bolock who has been red-hot all season for the Bulldogs played primarily at No. 3 and No. 4 singles and No. 1 doubles dominated her competition going 5-2 in singles, which included a three-setter against Pomona-Pitzer (Marissa Markey) along with a 4-3 mark in doubles with partner Gabby Rockwood (Park City, UT).
In the Individual ITA Division III West Regional Rankings L. Rockwood ranks No. 17 in Singles and Bolock sits at No. 10 in Doubles with partner G. Rockwood.
