Kendall Bolock named SCIAC Women’s Tennis Athlete of the Week

REDLANDS, Calif. – The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) announced their Tennis Athletes of the Week in the seventh week of voting and University of Redlands junior Kendall Bolock (Yucaipa, CA) was selected as the Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week for the first time in her career.

Kendall helped lead the No. 31 ranked Bulldogs to a 2-1 week that featured a 7-2 win over No. 21 Washington University, an 8-1 loss to No. 9 Amherst, and an 8-1 SCIAC win over California Lutheran University. Bolock went 5-1 over her six matches during the week, going 3-0 in singles action (WashU - 6-2, 6-2 | Amherst – 6-4, 3-6, 10-6 | Cal Lutheran – 6-1, 6-2), and winning two of three doubles matches (8-7 | 5-8 | 8-7). 

Redlands returns to the courts this Wednesday, March 23 when they host Colby College beginning at 3:00pm.
