Hannah Menk and Madison Mills Shine as UR Women's Soccer's All-SCIAC Honorees

The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) recently announced that the University of Redlands women's soccer team garnered a pair of All-Conference awards, as senior goalkeeper Hannah Menk (Pleasanton, CA) and junior defender/forward Madison Mills (San Ramon, CA) etched their names onto the Second Team for 2017.

Menk makes her second appearance on the All-Conference list with her last nod coming on the 2015 First Team. During the current campaign, she has racked up nearly 1,400 minutes between the posts as a starter in all 17 games. She has made 92 saves to lead the SCIAC while also ranking in the top five in save percentage with 0.868 and goals-against average at 0.90.

Mills makes her inaugural appearance on the All-Conference team with this year's Second-Team honor. Her skills and adaptability help her to make the flawless transition from defender to forward whenever she is needed. Mills sits among the top five in the SCIAC with a team-leading five assists. She has also blasted two goals for a total of nine points this season.
