The University of Redlands women's soccer team endured a difficult loss to the Pomona-Pitzer Colleges in Saturday's Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) match in Claremont.  The Bulldogs struggled to find an answer for the Sagehen attack that scored six goals against the visitors.

Redlands' only offensive opportunities came off the feet of senior midfielder McKenzie Oliger (Seattle, WA), freshman forward Hanya Loskutoff (Dublin, CA), and freshman midfielder Kiralee Ramos (Honolulu, HI).  Two of these shots were on-goal, which forced the Sagehen goalkeeper to make a pair of saves.

Junior goalkeeper Hannah Menk (Pleasanton, CA) was under fire for much of the game, as she registered 10 saves in nearly 80 minutes of action for Redlands.  She gave way to freshman goalkeeper Brittany Dinkins (Renton, WA) for the final 10 minutes.

Redlands (2-6-1, 1-4-1 SCIAC) strives to bounce back when it travels to Eagle Rock to face the Occidental College Tigers on Wednesday, October 5, at 7 p.m.
