The University of Redlands Bulldogs continue to haul in acknowledgment for scholarly success as the women's lacrosse team was among the 339 schools across NCAA Division I, II, and III, and NAIA to become Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Zag Sports Academic Honor Squads in 2017-18.  In addition, junior midfielder/attacker Adi Fellows (Albuquerque, NM) earned a spot on the IWLCA Zag Sports Division III Academic Honor Roll for her individual achievement in the classroom. 

Fellows represents Redlands among the 639 student-athletes from 189 different Division III institutions who exceeded the minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 as a junior, senior, or graduate student.  This Communicative Sciences and Disorders major also competes for the Bulldog women's soccer team.

The 23 Bulldogs on the women's lacrosse roster became an Honor Squad by collectively exceeding the minimum team GPA of 3.0 for the current academic year.  The Maroon and Gray gains this honor for the fourth consecutive time and joins fellow Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) members, Chapman University, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges, Occidental College and Pomona-Pitzer Colleges, on the elite list.  They are among the more than 160 Division III women's lacrosse programs to be recognized.
