SCIAC Golf Weekly Release No. 1

REDLANDS, Calif. – The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) announced their Golf Athletes of the Week in the first week of voting and University of Redlands sophomore Andrea York (Oakdale, CA) was named the SCIAC Women's Golfer of the Week for the first time in her career. 

York led Redlands to a 305-318 dual-meet win over California Lutheran University. She led the Bulldogs with a one-over-par 73, which beat out the second-place finishers by three strokes.  This is now her second lowest career score (72).     

Redlands returns to the links for the first SCIAC Tournament on February 26-27 at Olivas Links Golf Club in Ventura, CA.
