It was announced on Tuesday by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) that five student-athletes from the University of Redlands were named All-American Scholars for their academic and athletic success during the 2020-21 season.  They are among the 1,432 recipients who met or exceeded the minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 as members of women's college golf teams.

While majoring in Political Science, senior Mariah Moon (La Quinta, CA) becomes an All-American Scholar for the third consecutive season.  After earning a season-best third place at the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Tournament No. 2, she finished the campaign with an average score of 79.57.

As an Environmental Science major, sophomore Hannah Jugar (Chula Vista, CA) also repeats as an All-American Scholar in her second season with the Bulldogs.  During the 2020-21 campaign, she posted a low round of 67 at the SCIAC Tournament No. 1 en route to averaging 75.20 over 15 rounds of competition as a two-time All-American.

First-years Iris Liu (Diamond Bark, CA), Gabrielle Kiger (Hermosa Beach, CA), and Andrea York (Oakdale, CA) make their debut among the elite academic list.  Liu adds to her already impressive rookie season with this honor, following her Second-Team All-America selection and tied-for-third-place effort at the NCAA Division III Championships.  Kiger also impressed as a first-year Bulldog, earning the SCIAC's Newcomer of the Year with a scoring average of 79.00 during 15 rounds, four of which came at the NCAA Championships.  York showed steady improvement throughout her first season, culminating in an opportunity to compete at the national tournament.
