It was announced earlier today that University of Redlands sophomore Caroline Ordian (Palm Desert, CA) was named the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Female Athlete of the Week following her impressive performance at the SCIAC Women's Golf Championship Tournament on April 25-27.

Ordian moved from third to first over the three-day event to earn medalist honors and capture the individual title. With scores of 77-75-72 for an eight-over total of 224, she led the field with nine birdies while recording 30 pars over the 54 holes. She guided the Bulldogs to back-to-back conference championships and consecutive NCAA appearances.

Ordian and the Bulldogs head to Houston, Texas, for the 2016 NCAA Division III Championships on May 10-13.
