Margo joins the University of Redlands as a new assistant women’s basketball coach in August 2022. Koby comes to the Bulldogs women’s basketball program after two seasons as a graduate assistant at Colorado Christian University (CCU).

Koby graduated from Covenant College in Georgia with a Bachelor of Community Development with a minor in sociology in 2020. She then earned her Master of Public Administration in 2022 from CCU.

While with the CCU basketball program, along with her coaching duties, Koby handled scouting, recruiting, social media, and coordinated team travel.

As a player at Covenant, Koby played in 56 games in three seasons. She averaged 6.9 points per game (PPG), 5.3 rebounds per game (RPG), and shot .759 percent from the free throw line. Her third and final season, Koby set career-highs in PPG (9.7), RPG (7.4), and registered her first 13 career three-point field goal makes.
