SCIAC Women's Swimming & Diving Weekly Release #13

REDLANDS, Calif. - The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) announced their Women's Swimming & Diving Athletes of the Week in the thirteenth week of voting and University of Redlands sophomore diver Sydney Patterson (Hilo, HI) was named the SCIAC Diver of the Week for the third straight week.

Sydney helped pace Redlands to a double dual-meet victory over California Lutheran University (188-77), and Whittier College (196-70). Patterson won the 1-meter diving event with a score of a 222.90 and then logged a top mark of 278.40 on the 3-meter board to help the Bulldogs secure a pair of wins.

The SCIAC Diving Championships are up next for Sydney this weekend, February 12-13 in Thousand Oaks, CA being hosted by California Lutheran University.
