Bulldog Men's Tennis Maintains National Ranking at No. 15

The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced the final national rankings for NCAA Division III on Friday, placing the University of Redlands men's tennis team at No. 15, a position the Bulldogs have held since May 5.

In addition, senior Cameron Spearman (Laguna Niguel, CA) landed 38th among the singles rankings and 11th with senior teammate Jeff Casserd (Bellevue, WA) for doubles.

The duo was officially named to the ITA's list of All-Americans, which came out on Friday as well. By advancing to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Individual Championships, they garnered this prestigious honor in late May.

As a team, the Bulldogs also rank fifth in the West Region behind a quartet of teams that are among the nation's top 10.

Individually within the region, Spearman sits eighth in singles, while sophomore Connor Hyde (Peterborough, NH) and junior Mark Bloom (San Juan Capistrano, CA) crack the rankings at No. 24 and No. 29, respectively.

In doubles, Redlands boasts three tandems among those ranked in the West Region. Spearman and Casserd headline this group at No. 4, while seniors Jeff Hammond (Mercer Island, WA) and Keven Wong (Kaneohe, HI) come in at No. 10 and Hyde and Bloom round out the list at No. 15.
