The top doubles duo from the Bulldog men’s tennis team competed in the 2009 NCAA Individual Championships on Friday at the nearby Biszantz Family Tennis Center on the campus of Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges.

Junior Mike Reading (Mill Creek, WA) and sophomore Cameron Spearman (Laguna Niguel, CA) took on the fourth-seeded duo of Zack Lerner and Moritz Koenig from Amherst College (MA). The Bulldogs stretched the match to three sets but suffered a 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 loss in the Round of 16.
