The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) announced the weekly awards for October 8-14 and senior midfielder Arman Mogharei (Hayward, CA) was selected as the Men's Soccer Offensive Athlete of the Week for leading the University of Redlands to a pair of huge wins.

Mogharei notched three of his five career-goals during the Bulldogs' 1-0, double-overtime win against Chapman University and a 4-3 victory over Occidental College.  In the critical road result against the Panthers, he nailed the game-winner on a one-timer from 18 yards out.  Mogharei stepped up in a wet and wild showdown on Farquhar Field by netting the second equalizer in the 29th minute and then scoring the go-ahead goal in the 59th for an impressive outing.

With his three goals last week, Mogharei cracked the SCIAC's top-10 list in goals scored with five, which places him second on the team.
