It was recently announced by D3soccer.com that the University of Redlands men's soccer team received the No. 19 ranking.

Prior to the top-25 announcement, the Bulldogs had downed both Fontbonne University (MO) and Caltech by scores of 4-0 and 5-0, respectively. Last night, Redlands eked out its third victory of the season with a 3-2 result over Pacific University (OR).

Junior forward Chase Boone (Beaverton, OR) leads the Maroon and Gray with three goals, while junior midfielder Casey ChubbFertal (Eugene, OR) and junior defender Ben Thompson (Spokane, WA) each have two thus far. Serving as the team's top ball-distributor, junior midfielder Sergio Valencia (San Jose, CA) has dished out five assists through three games.

Defensively, senior Austin Moore (Las Vegas, NV), juniors Keoni Yates (Kailua-Kona, HI) and Ben Thompson (Spokane, WA), and sophomore Spencer Scott (Beaverton, OR) have provided great support for junior goalkeeper Josh Haskill (Lakewood, CA), who has tallied six saves.
