Joshua Fambro, Zane Mularski and Jake Yim named GCAA All-American Scholars

REDLANDS, Calif. - The Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) announced their 2022-23 NCAA Division III All-American Scholars this week with Joshua Fambro (Taos, NM), Jake Yim (Lake Oswego, OR), and Zane Mularski (Spokane, WA) all being selected from the University of Redlands Men's Golf team. 

To be eligible you must be a sophomore, junior or senior that is academically and athletically enrolled in an NCAA Division III Institution.  In addition they must participate in 50% of their teams competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 79 and maintain a cumulative GPA of a 3.2 or higher.  A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university. 

Fambro led the team in his final season with a 74.36 scoring average and was named 2nd Team All-SCIAC.  His best finish last season was at the 2022 CA State Intercollegiate where he tied for 2nd Place individually with a score of -4 for three rounds.  He finished his academic career at Redlands with a 3.36 GPA and majored in Chemistry. 

Mularski had a solid junior season with a scoring average of 74.96.  His best showing this past season was an 8th place finish at the 2023 San Antonio Shootout where he carded rounds of 77-71-76.  Academically he finished the year with a 3.92 GPA and is majoring in Education. 

Yim posted a scoring average of a 77.20.  His best finish on the season came at the ERAU Co-Ed Invitational where he finished 16th.  He boasts a 3.56 GPA and is majoring in Business Administration.
