Redlands Coming into the Game
The Bulldogs suffered their first loss at home Wednesday night against Caltech (84-73) dropping them to 5-4, 1-1 SCIAC.  They were short handed with only nine players available due to COVID-19 Health and Safety protocols and saw their three-game winning streak come to a close.

Cal Lutheran Coming into the Game
The Kingsmen are off to a hot start this season posting a 9-2, 2-1 SCIAC record.  They have won two of their past three games, which includes a stunner over previously unbeaten Claremont-M-S 78-65.  They have also played Caltech, which came earlier in the year in a non-conference match-up, which they won 92-64 and they also have victories against North Central (Ill.), Illinois Tech, North Park, Colorado College, UC Santa Cruz, Occidental , and Loras.

Over the past five years the head to head with the Kingsmen has been tight with the Bulldogs holding the slight edge 6-4.  Since the 2018-19 season UR is 3-1 against CLU with their last loss coming on January 4, 2020 (68-65).
