Redlands Rewind with Aiden Williams: February 28, 2020

The Redlands Rewind series continues with sophomore Aiden Williams, who reflects on the most memorable game of his young men's basketball career at the University of Redlands.  On February 28, 2020, the Bulldogs hosted Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges in the semifinal of the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Postseason Tournament.

"The reason this game was so memorable was that it was the game to see who would go to the conference tournament championship. Since we had already played [CMS] twice that year and they had beaten us once and we had beaten them once, we knew the game was going to be super competitive."

And super competitive it was.  The game featured 10 lead changes and four ties.  Redlands' largest lead of the game was six points midway through the first half.  The Bulldogs battled until the very end to come up with an exciting finish in what would become Head Coach Jim Ducey's final game in Currier Gym.

The Bulldogs finished the 2019-20 campaign with a stellar 20-7 overall record, including their 68-66 win over CMS in the tournament.
