SCIAC Baseball Weekly Release No. 13

REDLANDS, Calif. – The Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) announced their Baseball Athletes of the Week in the thirteenth week of voting and University of Redlands senior third baseman Max Clark (Fontana, CA) was selected as the SCIAC Hitter of the Week for the first time this season. 

Clark filled the box score during the University of Redlands' first series sweep of the season against occidental College, scoring six runs and driving in seven on four hits, three of which were for extra bases. He opened the series going 3-for-3 with a homerun and a double then walked three times in the second game before smacking another three-run bomb in Game 3.  

Redlands has their final series this weekend, May 5-6 when they take on Caltech.  The Bulldogs will travel to Pasadena, CA on Friday, May 5 at 3:00pm for a single game before hosting the Beavers on Saturday, May 6 for a doubleheader at 11:00am and 2:30pm at The Yard.
