ABOUT

The All-Sports champion earns the SCIAC All-Sports Trophy which is given annually to the school that performs the best across the league's 21 sports. Ten points are awarded for a first-place finish in the regular-season conference standings, eight for a second, seven for a third, and so on. Men's and women's performances are combined, exemplifying the conference's commitment to equity and balance among programs.

The SCIAC All-Sports combined trophy has been awarded since 1976-77 with Pomona-Pitzer earning five of the first six titles. CMS has won 12 of the last 13 combined all-sports trophies since 2008-09 and leads the league with 32 overall. The Sagehens are second with seven combined all-sports titles, followed by Occidental and Redlands, which have three each. Prior to the 1976-77 season, a single men's sports trophy was awarded for four years with CMS earning three of those (1972-73, 1974-75, 1975-76) and Redlands one (1973-74).
