Rules & Regulations

  1. Appropriate gym shoes must be worn at all times.  All shoes must be closed-toed
  2. Appropriate workout clothing must be worn at all times.  It is preferred that all individuals wear shirts with sleeves.
  3. Rags and disinfectant are provided to wipe off all equipment as you finish.
  4. Return all weight plates, dumbbells, and bars and aother equipment to the appropriate racks when you are finished.
  5. No food or drink is allowed.  Water is the ONLY exception.
  6. Utilize proper spotting and safety techniques at all times.
  7. Be courteous to others.  Allow others to "work-in" with you; Avoid resting on the equipment while texting and wipe off equipment as you finish.
  8. A maximum workout time of 30 minutes is allowed on cardiovascular equipment if others are waiting.
  9. Please report any damage or broken equipment immediately to Fitness Center personnel.
  10. No one under the age of 12 is allowed.  Youth ages 12-16, must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

In addition to the Rules and Regulations of the Fitness Center, the following actions are also grounds for immediate dismissal from the facility and possible loss of privileges.  

  1. Abuse of equipment
  2. Unsafe lifiting techniques
  3. Inappropriate dress
  4. Inappropriate language
  5. Weight Room horseplay
