At least one of the following criteria must be met for a nominee to be considered for selection and induction by the Hall of Fame Committee:

1.  A three-year letter-winner in two or more sports

2.  A two-year varsity letter-winner in three or more sports

3.  First Team All-Conference for two years

4.  First Team All-Conference in two sports

5.  An All-American or Little All-American

6.  A member of the US Olympic Team

7.  A World Champion in any sport

8.  A national or world record holder

9.  A National Champion in any sport

10.  Membership may be awarded to any individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the stature of the University of Redlands Athletic Program.
