2016:  Solid contributor for the men’s cross country team… Helped the squad to a 4-4 record and a sixth-place finish in SCIAC… His fastest 8k time of 29:10.2 came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational… His excellence in the classroom landed him on the SCIAC All-Academic Team… Also a four-time Redlands Scholar-Athlete all four years… Part of the track & field squad… Member of the team that received the USTFCCCA Academic Team Award…

2015: Put together his best season to date during his junior campaign…  Registered a 6k-time of 21:16:0 at the Redlands Invite… Posted a time of 30:51.2 for the first 8k of the season at the Mustang Challenge on September 19… Two weeks later, he trimmed his time by nearly a minute and a half at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… SCIAC All-Academic Cross Country Team member… Also competed for the Bulldog track & field team… 

2014:  Quality second-year runner for the Bulldogs… Began the year with a 6K-time of 21:51.3 to take 21st at the Redlands Invitational on August 30… Registered a season-best mark in the 8K during the SCIAC Multi-Duals by crossing the finish line in 30:06.3… Member of the squad that earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors… Collected SCIAC All-Academic Team recognition… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Also ran track & field for the Maroon and Gray…

2013:  Competed in five meet as a freshman… Recorded a season debut of 22:43.30 on the 6K-course at the Redlands Invitational… Provided consistent times throughout the season in the 8K, posting a season-best mark of 31:51.6 in his debut at the UC Riverside Invitational… Competed in the SCIAC Championships, where he put together a time of 31:54.0… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Dean’s List member…
