2014:  Third-year competitor who registered times in six meets… Opened the season with a 6K-time of 20:16.9 to finish 16th at the Redlands Invitational on August 30… Recorded a time of 28:19.8 at the team’s first 8K of the season during the UC Riverside Invite on September 13… Shaved off more than a minute at the subsequent Pomona-Pitzer Invite on October 4, completing that race in 27:15.2… Registered a top-40 finish at the SCIAC Championships by crossing the finish line 27:45.9… Fired off a career-best time of 26:46.5 at the NCAA West Regional Championships to take 44th at the large-scale meet… Member of the squad that earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors… Also ran track & field for the Maroon and Gray…

2013:  Competed in six meets during his sophomore season for the Bulldogs… Opened the campaign with a top-25 showing at the Redlands Invitational, where he completed the 6K-course in 21:19.70… Registered a time of 27:23.0 at the UC Riverside Invitational for his first 8K race of the campaign… Ran a season-best mark of 27:07.6 at the NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championships… Received the Presidential Scholarship…

2012:  Solid first-year competitor for Redlands…  Competed at the 2012 NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championships, notching a season-best time of 27:57.3…  Ran well at the SCIAC Championships by completing the race in 29:19.7…  Finished the SCIAC Multi-Dual race with a solid time of 29:52.3…  Competed at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational and crossed the finish line in 28:29.0…  Achievement Award winner… Presidential Scholarship recipient…
