2014:  Consistent contributor during his junior year of competition… Placed 14th at the Redlands Invitational on August 30 with a 6K-time of 20:16.1… Registered a season-best 8K-time at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite on October 4 by firing off a mark of 27:31.9… Nearly matched his season-best at the NCAA Division III Wes Regional Championships with a time of 27:32.3 to earn him 76th place… Member of the squad that earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors… Also ran track & field for the Bulldogs…

2013:  Quality third-year runner who competed in six meets for Redlands… Began the season on the 6K-course at the Redlands Invitational, completing the race in 21:25.80 for 25th overall… Recorded his first 8K-time of the season at the UC Riverside Invitational, completing the course in 30:01.3… Showed solid improvement just three weeks later when he uncorked a time of 28:06.3 during the Pomona-Pitzer Invite… Provided consistent times at the SCIAC Multi-Dual (29:26.5) and SCIAC Championships (29:37.1)… Finished the season with his best time of 28:04.6, which came during the NCAA Division III West Regional Championships… 

2012:  Impressive rookie runner for the Maroon and Gray…  Registered best time of the season at the 2012 NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championships, crossing the finish line as the third-fastest Bulldog with a time of 27:17.47…  Posted a time of 29:08.28 at the SCIAC Championships…  Ran a time of 29:18.0 at the SCIAC Multi-Duals in La Mirada…  Completed the 8K-course in 28:22.0 at the 2012 Pomona-Pitzer Invitational…  Voted “Most Improved” by his teammates…
