The University of Redlands cross country teams capped off the regular season with solid showings at the 2013 Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Championship meet at Prado Park on Saturday morning.  With three Bulldogs landing on the All-SCIAC teams for finishing among the top 20 overall, the Redlands women placed fifth in the race standings, while the Maroon and Gray men took seventh.

Freshman Scott Oseguera (Beaumont, CA) led the trio of honorees with his 10th-place performance in the men's 8K race, which landed him on the All-SCIAC First Team.  He fired off his second-fastest time of the season to cross the finish line in 26:33.08 as the Bulldogs' top runner.

Junior Chris Bolt (Reno, NV) served as the team's No. 2 competitor, completing the race in 28:12.98 for 53rd overall.

Sophomore Nathan Meier (Riverside, CA) quickly followed Bolt at 28:19.75 for 59th place.  Finally, Redlands looked to sophomore Jarron Helbock (San Diego, CA) and freshman Albert Lemaire (Sonoma, CA) to wrap up the Bulldog scorers of Saturday's competition, with times of 28:32.45 and 29:26.67, respectively.

For the women, freshman Jessika Snincsak (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) and senior Vanessa Anchondo (Oceanside, CA) led the charge with consecutive finishes that placed them on the All-SCIAC Second Team.  Snincsak posted a 17th-place time of 24:30.86, while Anchondo came in 18th at 24:31.61.

In addition, sophomore Lauren Roberts (Portland, OR) uncorked a time of 25:02.19 to take 25th overall, while freshman Kacie Williams (Porterville, CA) crossed the finish line of the 6K race in 25:35.61.  Junior Brittney Brandt (Santa Maria, CA) rounded out the top-five Bulldogs with her mark of 26:34.11, which placed her 53rd overall.
