WVB | Bulldogs Fall In Three Sets Against UC Santa Cruz

Redlands, Calif. – The University of Redlands Bulldogs women's volleyball program lost in three sets to UC Santa Cruz at home.

Kiki Stradford (So., Lake Forest, Calif.) made it a four-point game after a kill, but those four points were the closest the Bulldogs were able to get in the first.

Through 23 points in the second set the Bulldogs did a great job of keeping the score close only being down three, 13-10, thanks to kills from four different players, including a pair from Starlin. Unfortunately, the Bulldogs were unable to keep the momentum and fell in the second.

Hannah Miller (So., Round Rock, Tex.) got the Bulldogs second and third points of the third set with a pair of kills in what was a slow team start in the final set. The final point of the match for the Bulldogs came from an Angelina Hughes (Gr., Wildomar, Calif.) kill.
