First-Year Hannah Jugar Named to the WGCA All-America First Team

This morning, the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) named first-year Hannah Jugar (Chula Vista, CA) to All-America First Team. After recently making the All-Region team, Jugar makes her inaugural appearance on the All-America team in an extremely impressive rookie campaign.

Jugar sits second in the Nation in Division III with an adjusted scoring average of 73.66 and a comparative record of 1149-2.

In the spring season, Jugar was named Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Women's Golf Athlete of the Week after her historic performance taking the top individual spot at the SCIAC No. 1 Tournament. She stayed locked in through the entirety of the tournament with an incredible 69-stroke score on both days for a combined 138. Her -6 score paced the field by nine strokes and now represents the lowest score in women's SCIAC Tournament history.

Jugar's outstanding two-round total ties Caroline Ordian 16' for the second-lowest two-round score in Redlands history.
