2014:  Excellent middle distance runner for the Maroon and Gray… Notched two career-bests during his 2014 campaign…Unleashed the fastest time of his career in the 1500 Meters at the Redlands Invitational on March 21, winning the race in 4:11.02… Fired off a career-best time of 1:52.02 in the 800 Meters at the Oxy Invitational… Took fourth in the 800 Meters at the SCIAC Championship to earn All-Conference honors… USTFCCCA All-Academic Individual… UR Scholar-Athlete… Dean’s List member… Member of the SCIAC All-Academic Track & Field Team… Also ran cross country for the Bulldogs… 

2013:  Second-year mid-distance runner for the Bulldogs… Collected All-SCIAC honors in the 800 Meters with a third-place time of 1:53.78 at the SCIAC Championships… Later uncorked his career-best time in the 800 Meters at the Oxy-Lu Last-Chance Qualifier, crossing the finish line in 1:53.55… Won the 800 Meters at both the SCIAC Multi-Dual Meet 2 and 3… Also contributed to the first-place 4x400 Relay that finished in 3:20.79 at the third SCIAC meet of the year… Racked up eight top-five finishes as an individual or as a member of a relay… SCIAC All-Academic Team honoree… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Presidential Scholarship award winner… Achievement Award winner… Dean’s List member…

2012:  First-year mid-distance runner for the SCIAC Champion Bulldogs…  Ran season-best time in the 400 Meters at the Redlands Invitational on March 16, clocking in at 53.65…  Excelled in the 800 Meters, registering his best time of his collegiate career at the CSULA Last Chance Qualifier on May 12, crossing the finish line in 1:55.44…  Dean’s List member…  Redlands Scholar-Athlete…
