2014:  Solid runner for the squad in his third year…  Recorded three career-bests during the season… Fired off his fastest time in the 5000 Meters (15:26.97) at the Oxy Distance Carnival & Sprint Festival on March 14… Improved upon his best time in the 1500 Meters by completing the race in 4:02.35 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite on April 12… Uncorked a career-best time of 8:56.40 in the 3000 Meters during the Rossi Relays… Registered a season-best in the 800 Meters by clocking a time of 2:01.87 at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite… Member of the Dean’s List… Dangermond Scholarship recipient… UR Scholar-Athlete… Member of the SCIAC All-Academic Track & Field team…  Also ran cross country for the Bulldogs… 

2013:  Second-year distance runner for the Maroon and Gray… Completed the 1500 Meter prelims at the SCIAC Championships in a career-best time of 4:04.96… Also competed in the 5000 Meters, with his top time of 15:57.92 coming at the SCIAC finale… Recorded another career-best during the Pomona-Pitzer Invite by uncorking a time of 2:00.78 in the 800 Meters… Notched career-best time of 4:37.59 in the Mile at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet…  Dangermond Scholarship recipient… SCIAC All-Academic Team honoree… Redlands Scholar-Athlete…

2012:  Long-distance specialist for the SCIAC Champion Maroon and Gray squad…  Highlight of the season came at the Redlands Invitational where he clocked in an impressive first-place time of 4:15.03 in the 1500 Meters…  Season-best 1500 Meters time came at the SCIAC Track & Field Championships, crossing the line at 4:12.59…  Registered career-best time of 9:18.19 in the 3000 Meters at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet on February 18…  While competing against tough SCIAC competition on March 24, he notched a collegiate-best time of 10:42.41 in the 3000 Steeplechase…  Finished in 16:43.82 in the 5000 Meters in a March 3 SCIAC meet…
