2013:  Third-year distance runner for the Bulldogs… Registered a career-best time of 4:53.10 in the 1500 Meters at the Redlands Invite… Season-best mark in the 5000 Meters came at the SCIAC Championships when he recorded a time of 18:32.85 to go along with his fastest time of the season at the 3000 Steeple (11:21.87)… Achievement Award winner…

2012:  Second-year distance runner for the SCIAC Champion Maroon and Gray…  Uncorked season-best time of 4:55.15 in the 1500 Meters at the SCIAC Track & Field Championships…  Ran a career-best 10:31.59 in the 3000 Meters at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers Meet on February 18…  Competed in the 5000 Meters, clocking fastest time of the season at SCIAC Meet on March 24, crossing the finish line in 19:20.02…  Ran the 3000 Steeplechase on March 3 and recorded best time of year at 12:14.15…  Achievement Award winner…

2011:  Freshman long-distance runner who gained valuable experience for the SCIAC Champion Bulldogs… Helped the team to capture its first conference title since 1964… Competed in seven different meets… Made his collegiate debut at the Rossi Relays (2/26), posting a season-low time of 10:35.08 in the 3000m Run… Recorded his best finish at the UR Invite, slotting in as the runner-up in the Steeplechase (11:54.98)… Participated at the SCIAC Championships with a personal-best time of 16:45.32 in the 5000m Run to go along with a time of 11:11.38 in the Steeplechase… Achievement Award recipient… Member of the Bulldogs cross country team…
