Finished third in the 200 Breast (2:17.26) at the Redlands vs. Pomona-Pitzer meet (Nov. 13) ... Took third in the 400 IM (4:26.00) at the CMS vs. Redlands meet (Jan. 15) ... Was runner-up in the 400 IM (4:21.22) at the Redlands vs. Chapman meet (Jan. 29) ... Finished third in the 1650 Free (17:25.99) at the Redlands vs. CLU vs. Whittier meet (Feb. 5) ... At the SCIAC Championships (Feb. 16-19) he won the 100 Breast (59.67) with a personal best time; he added personal best times in the 500 Free (4:45.91), 1000 Free (10:07.39) with the 10th best time in school history, placed 10th in the 1650 Free (16:42.19) with another 10th best time in school history, 50 Breast (27.76), 200 Breast (2:10.18), and 400 IM (4:13.01).
