UR Men's Soccer Reenters the United Soccer Coaches Poll at No. 25

The University of Redlands men's soccer team returns to the rankings with the No. 25 spot in the current United Soccer Coaches Division III Poll, as announced on Tuesday.

After a two-week absence from the rankings, the Bulldogs reenter to the top 25 on the heels of a 6-0 run through the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC).  Last week, Redlands defeated Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges, 3-2, and Whittier College, 3-0, in which senior forward Chase Boone (Beaverton, OR) earned six points by registering two goals and two assists over the two contests. Due to his contributions, Boone was recently named SCIAC Men's Soccer Athlete of the Week.

Senior midfielder Casey ChubbFertal (Eugene, OR) co-leads the SCIAC with five goals, while Boone currently sits in a tie with three assists.

The Bulldogs (6-3, 6-0 SCIAC) look forward to hosting Chapman University, on Wednesday, September 27, on Farquhar Field at 7 p.m.
