This weekend SAAC sent over 40 student-athletes to the Special Olympics.
We are currently fundraising to help make Thanksgiving baskets.
Our biggest initiative is fundraising.
On 12/7, Chipotle will be donating half of their profits to SAAC. You will need to show a flyer when paying in order for SAAC to get that money.
After Thanksgiving break, SAAC will be selling "finals care packages" in the Commons during lunch that will be delivered during finals.
Using the money made during these fundraisers, SAAC will purchase "thunder sticks" (which are blow-up noisemakers) to be handed out at sporting events. We hope that giving out "thunder sticks" will encourage more people to come to games and cheer.
