D3hoops.com All-West Region Release
REDLANDS, Calif. – D3hoops.com announced their All-Region teams recently for Women's Basketball and making the 2nd Team for the second time in her career is Hannah Jerrier (Canton, MA) who was also selected a year ago to the 2nd Team.
This recognition adds to her 1st Team All-SCIAC, SCIAC Defensive Athlete of the Year, and the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District accolades for the 2022-23 season.
On the year Jerrier averaged 12.4 points, 11.7 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 2.3 blocks per game. She posted the third best single-game rebounding total in program history with 20 at Caltech (Jan. 4), the fifth best total with 19 at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (Jan. 18), the 13th best total with 17 vs. Puget Sound (Dec. 16), and the 18th best total with 16 at Pomona-Pitzer (Jan. 7) and at Pacific Lutheran (Dec. 17).
On top of some of the best games in program history, she put together one of the best single seasons, totaling the fourth most offensive rebounds in a single season with 100, the second most defensive rebounds with 217, the second most total rebounds with 317, and the most blocked shots with 63, 16 more than the previous record of 47.
This year she was also named the SCIAC Athlete of the Week four times and finishes her career off with ten SCIAC Athlete of the Week awards.
