Redlands Men's Golf Ranked No. 23 in Bushnell/Golfweek Poll

REDLANDS, Calif. – The most recent Division III Men's Golf National Rankings from Bushnell/Golfweek came out following the 2021 fall competition and the University of Redlands Men's Golf team sees themselves ranked No. 23 after gathering 53 points.

The Maroon and Grey are also ranked No. 20 in the Golfstat Division III National Polls.  They currently hold a 73.72 scoring average and are led by senior Kyle Sharp ranked No. 20 in the polls posting a 72.61 average, a 5-4 record against the Top 25, 5-3 record against players ranked 26-50 and a perfect 5-0 against players ranked 51-100.

No. 25 Joshua Fambro (72.72 Average)

No. 61 Jared Stone (73.95 Average)

No. 148 Ethan Weissman (75.25 Average)     

This fall the Bulldogs competed in three tournaments.  They started their competition off at the CA State Intercollegiate where they finished 6th overall posting scores of 289-296-289.  They then returned to host the Bulldog Invitational at Redlands Country Club where they fell out of 2nd place on the final day to finish 3rd with scores of 283-288-283.  Their final event would bring them out to Prescott, AZ for the ERAU Fall Invitational.  Over the three rounds they would go 285-293-298 to finish 2nd overall.       

Redlands returns to the links for their spring schedule beginning with a trip to San Antonio, TX on February 21-22 when they compete in the San Antonio Shoot-out.
