The University of Redlands women's soccer took on non-conference competitor, Division II, Azusa Pacific University, on Tuesday night in an exhibition game. The Cougar offense scored early in the contest and although the Bulldogs held them scoreless in the second, Redlands ultimately fell by a final score of 0-3.

Although APU took hold of the game early on, senior midfielder Emily Falla (Woodinville, WA) and junior midfielder Tristen Sherley (Novato, CA) orchestrated the offense, providing good looks for the Maroon and Gray forwards.

Senior defender Abby Nordquist (Gig Harbor, WA) and junior defender Nolan Mendonca (San Diego, CA) held a solid backline in the second half, not allowing a Cougar goal.

Falla and Nordquist left in all on the field in their last game in the Maroon and Gray. This game concludes Redlands' modified spring season as the team looks forward to starting afresh in August with a traditional fall season.
