First-Year Hannah Jugar Garners SCIAC Golfer of the Week Accolades After Historic Performance at SCIAC No. 1

With the lowest score in women's Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Tournament history, first-year Hannah Jugar (Chula Vista, CA) was named the SCIAC's Golfer of the Week for her impressive performance last weekend.

Jugar took the top individual spot at the SCIAC No. 1 Tournament at Via Verde Golf Course in San Dimas last weekend to help her team to a first-place finish (596). She stayed locked in through the entirety of the tournament with an incredible 69-stroke score on both days for a combined 138. Her -6 score paced the field by nine strokes.

Jugar's outstanding two-round total ties Caroline Ordian 16' for the second-lowest two-round score in Redlands history.

Redlands heads to Peoria, Arizona on Saturday, March, 14, to compete in the GFU Westbrook Invitational at the Westbrook Village Golf Course.
