Redlands Women's Golf Garners No. 14 Ranking from the WGCA

Monday morning, with the University of Redlands ranking at No. 14 to close out a strong fall season.  

After receiving votes in the preseason poll, the Bulldogs benefit from their stellar play during six rounds of the fall season to break into the top 25.  Redlands owns a scoring average of 312, with its best round coming at the California State Intercollegiate with a 305.   

Senior transfer Keilee Bessho (La Cañada, CA) provided consistent scores throughout her first season with the Maroon and Gray, earning a six-round average of 75.  She posted a season-low 71 in her Bulldog debut. 

Redlands joins No. 9 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Colleges and No. 11 Pomona-Pitzer Colleges as the only teams from the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) among the national rankings.
