Senior Caroline Ordian Finishes Opening Day of NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championships Tied for 11th

Senior Caroline Ordian (Palm Desert, CA) of the University of Redlands teed off in the first round of the 2018 NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championships at Mission Hills Resort in Howey-in-the-Hills, FL, on Tuesday afternoon. In a tight field, Ordian sits tied-for-11th place with a 78 after the first 18 holes.

Ordian currently ranks fourth in all of Division III with an adjusted scoring average of 75.11. She started the day on the first hole and proceeded to hit par on 10 of 18 holes and sits tied-for-fourth amongst the field with three birdies. She remains five strokes back of the leader from Carnegie Mellon University (PA) with three rounds remaining.
