It was announced earlier today that senior guard Cassandra Lacey (Victorville, CA) has garnered the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Women's Basketball Offensive Athlete of the Week award after helping her team remain undefeated in conference action.

Lacey opened up the week by eclipsing 1,000 career points with a 15-point performance on 7-for-12 shooting with eight rebounds in a 62-48 win against Chapman University. In the next 83-64 victory over the University of La Verne, she notched 16 points, four assists, and two steals. Lacey is currently second on the team with 11.1 points per game and has scored double figures in eight of the last 10 games and 12 of her 19 games for the season.
