2018: Distance-runner for the Maroon and Gray men’s team that finished second in the SCIAC and tied-for-15th at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships… Began the season with the 3000 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers… Ran to a ninth-place time of 17:03.79 in the 5000 Meters at the first conference meet… Improved upon that mark with a career-best effort of 16:44.33 during the Oxy Distance Carnival Spring Break Classic… Ran the 1500 in 4:24.86 at the Redlands Invitational… Fired off the fastest 3000 Steeplechase of his career with a time of 10:17.41 at the third conference meet… Also excelled in the classroom as a SCIAC All-Academic selection… Also ran cross country for the Maroon and Gray…

2017:  Distance runner in his second year for the U of R… Began the season at the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 1 with a time of 4:31.68 in the 1500… Improved that mark at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite by crossing the finish line in 4:26.74… Also competed in the 3000 Steeplechase with a season-best time of 10:49.01, which came during the third conference meet… Earned a spot on the SCIAC All-Academic Team… Also ran cross country for the Bulldogs…

2016: First-year middle distance runner for the Bulldogs…  Recorded his sole 3000 time of 9:48.95 at the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers… Posted his best time in the 1500 Meters during the SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 1 by clocking in at 4:32.86… Also ran the 800 at the Redlands Invitational for a mark of 2:14.79… Redlands Scholar-Athlete… Also ran cross country for the Bulldogs…
