    The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) released the 2023 Individual Scholar All-America team Monday recognizing a total of 2,290 (1,270 women and 1,020 men) swimmers and divers as Scholar All-Americans for the 2022-23 season.

    The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has selected 718 teams to the Scholar All-America Team for the Spring 2023 semester and the University of Redlands Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving teams made the list.
  • Swimmer Tom Jansen and Golfer Hannah Jugar selected as Frank Serrao Senior Scholar-Athletes of the Year

    It was formally announced at the University of Redlands Honors Convocation during Commencement Weekend that men's swimmer Tom Jansen (Pleasant Hill, CA) and women’s golfer Hannah Jugar (Chula Vista, CA) were named the 2023 Frank Serrao Senior Scholar-Athletes of the Year.

    GREENSBORO, N.C. – The NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving National Championships got underway Wednesday morning in Greensboro, N.C. and University of Redlands graduate student Tom Jansen (Pleasant Hill, CA) got his trip started in a big way competing in the 500 Free.

    REDLANDS, Calif. – The University of Redlands women’s swim and dive team had four athletes named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team. The four Bulldogs honored are Leila Alejos (Portland, Ore.), Sydney Britton (Tacoma, Wash.), Abby Dimicco (Las Vegas, Nev.), and Sarah Szafranski (Houston, Texas).

    REDLANDS, Calif. – The University of Redlands men's swim and dive team had four athletes named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team. The four members for the Bulldogs are Blake Eddow (Corona, Calif.), Tom Jansen (Pleasant Hill, Calif.), Thomas Long (Brea, Calif.), and Lucas Walker (Mountain View, Calif.).
  • Sydney Patterson finishes 10th and 13th at NCAA Division III Diving Regionals in Atlanta
    February 26, 2023
    ATLANTA – Sydney Patterson (Hilo, Hawaii) wrapped up the 3-meter and 1-meter diving events on Friday and Saturday morning at the NCAA Diving Regionals hosted by Emory University. Patterson took 10th in the 3-meter with 349.60 points on Friday and then on Saturday she took 13th in the 1-meter with 336.00 points. Her finishes are improvements of seven places in the 3-meter and two places in the 1-meter in comparison to her 2022 regional finishes.
  • Tom Jansen qualifies for the NCAA Championships in the 1650 Free

    REDLANDS, Calif. – The University of Redlands will have at least one participant at the 2023 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships held in March in Greensboro, North Carolina, and that is swimmer Tom Jansen (Pleasant Hill, Calif.) who was named to the All-SCIAC team following his second-place finish in the 1650 Free, the event he will swim in North Carolina.
  • Sydney Patterson qualifies for NCAA Division III Diving Regionals in Atlanta

    LOS ANGELES – The University of Redlands women's swimming and diving teams finished seventh at the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Championships hosted by Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) as they scored 227 points, only 27 away from sixth place Caltech.

    The University of Redlands Men's Swimming and Diving Team will compete at the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Swimming and Diving Championships hosted by Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) over the next four days, Wednesday-Saturday, February 15-18. The championships will be the final opportunity for the Bulldogs to qualify for the NCAA Division III National Championships.

    ORANGE, Calif. – The University of Redlands swimming and diving teams competed against Chapman University and the College of Idaho (C of I) Saturday when they got wins on the men's (178-72) and women's (214-39) side against C of I and narrowly missed out on winning their Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) men's dual with Chapman, 154-140, and lost their women's dual with the Panthers, 216-83.
