Similar to junior Sydney Nakagawa's reflection on November 17, the final Redlands Rewind of the fall semester also highlights the 2020 Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Swimming Championships at the Brenda Villa Aquatic Center in Commerce.  Junior Tom Jansen recalls the significance of the conference finale during his sophomore season as the most memorable meet of his young Bulldog career.  

"This was the most memorable meet to me because we all came together as a team and showed all the hard work that we had done over the course of the season."  

The SCIAC Swimming Championships saw multiple school records fall for Redlands, as the men's team finished fourth in the conference standings and the women took fifth overall.  Among the highlights, the Bulldog swimmers reset the women's school records in the 200 Medley Relay, 100 Breast, 400 Medley Relay, and 200 Back, while the men impressed in the 200 Free Relay.  Beyond these achievements, Redlands earned 11 All-SCIAC awards, including the SCIAC Diver of the Year in Sami Scarano '20.
