Spencer Allen and Cooper Krause Represent Redlands on Men's Water Polo All-SCIAC Teams

It was recently announced by the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) office that two Bulldogs made the All-SCIAC teams. Senior attacker Spencer Allen (Long Beach, CA) landed on the First-Team while senior center Cooper Krause (Denver, CO) snagged a spot on the Second Team.

This is Allen's second consecutive time on the All-Conference squad but his inaugural First Team nod. Allen has been a threat on offense all season but really turned it on in the second half, scoring three or more goals in four important SCIAC games. He ranks amongst the Top 10 in the conference in goals (32), points (46), and sprint percentage (.714). The most recent game against Chapman proved to be Allen's best game, where he scored five goals, including the game-winner that ultimately sent the Bulldogs to the SCIAC Postseason Tournament.

Krause lands his inaugural All-Conference award with this year's Second Team nod. Krause scored 17 goals against SCIAC competition. He also was an offensive spark late in the season with a pair of goals in both of the 10-9 wins over La Verne and Chapman, in addition to swiping three steals at La Verne. His solid contributions on offense led him to be named SCIAC Athlete of the Week twice this year.
