Libao and Cummins take the No. 2 Spot on the Oracle/ITA National Doubles Rankings

It was announced recently that the dynamic duo of senior Brad Cummins (Palm Desert, CA) and junior Brysl Libao (Redlands, CA) of the men's tennis team are ranked No. 2 among the Oracle/Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division III Men's National Doubles Rankings.

Cummins and Libao finished the fall season as the No. 2 doubles duo in NCAA Division III following their impressive run to the final of 2019 ITA Cup in Rome, Georgia, which earned them All-America status for the second time.

In late February the duo on the 25th-ranked Redlands men's tennis team battled the visiting Generals of No. 36 Washington and Lee University (VA) to an 8-5 win at No. 1 doubles which ultimately earned Cummins Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week.

The pair then kicked-off a 7-2 win over Christopher Newport (VA) with an 8-1 victory at the No. 1 spot. Just a day later, the tandem repeated their efforts over Hardin-Simmons University (TX) with an 8-1 doubles win in an ultimate 9-0 sweep of the Cowboys.

After the second consecutive week of dominating performances, the SCIAC announced that Libao captured the Athlete of the Week award.
