Bulldog Men's Tennis Tabbed No. 18 in the ITA National Rankings

It was recently announced by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) that the University of Redlands men's tennis team lands among the best of the best at No. 18 amid all Division III schools. The team is also ranked No. 4 out of 10 teams in the West.

The Maroon and Gray face a tough spring season with 11 matches against teams also ranked among the top-40.

Senior Brad Cummins (Rancho Mirage, CA) and junior Brysl Libao (Redlands, CA) completed an impressive showing at the ITA Cup in Rome, Georgia, in October. Their three-day run landed them an All-America nod and a trip to the Championship, where they came up just short in an amazing 7-6(7), 6-7(6), 6-4 result.

This is the highest the team has been ranked since the 2018 season.

The Maroon and Gray jump into spring competition with two exhibition matches at Point Loma Nazarene in San Diego and then at Westmont College in Santa Barbara.  The Bulldogs return home to face No. 30 Southwestern University (TX) on Saturday, February 15, at 1 p.m. on Verdieck Courts.
