We will be hosting the Seattle Pacific Final Qualifier on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at UW's Dempsey Indoor. Registration is now available on DirectAthletics.

This meet serves primarily as a final qualifying opportunity for NCAA Division II athletes to achieve national marks. It is a meet that has been traditionally well-attended by numerous DII and DIII teams, with many achieving NCAA standards, as well. Only collegiate entries from NCAA Division II and Division III schools will be accepted. No open, club, or unattached entries.

The entry deadline is Wednesday, Feb. 23, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE HAS PASSED. The entry fee is $20 per athlete, with a team cap of $200 per gender.

We acknowledge the need for this meet to potentially serve as a counter for sport sponsorship. If this is the case for your team, we ask that you please use running events to serve this purpose. FIELD EVENT entries will be limited to only those athletes who have achieved a national provisional mark during the current (2021-22) indoor season. For NCAA Division III, only athletes in the TFRRS top 40 at the time of entry will be accepted. We will not accept any field event entries that fail to meet this requirement, nor will we be able to refund those entry fees.

The meet will begin at 4:15 p.m. Once all entries are in, a final schedule will posted on this page, and released to coaches. The aim is to complete the entire meet within a 3-hour time frame for the benefit of traveling teams and hard-working officials.

For those events requiring multiple sections, we will run sections from fast to slow.

All TRACK EVENTS will run women first and men second.

We will run the meet on a ROLLING SCHEDULE, but here are ESTIMATED start times for each event. Feel free to use this estimated schedule as a reference point during the meet, but know that we will roll along as efficiently as possible regardless of this publication. Spectators will not be allowed inside Dempsey for this meet. We are sorry we are not able to be more accommodating.

PACKET PICK-UP
All competing teams will pick up their packets in Touchdown Terrace, which is located on the east side of Husky Stadium (south of Dempsey). Inside, you will find bib numbers for competing athletes and wristbands for team personnel. Only those with bibs or wristbands will be allowed inside Dempsey. Packet pick-up will open at 2:30 p.m.

ACCEPTED ENTRIES
As stated on DirectAthletics, and SPU Falcons website, and my previous meet information email, this meet has a strict entry standard for field events. We have upheld that standard and, as a result, did not accept every entry in those events. Please check the heat and flight sheets carefully before travelling.

A FINAL NOTE
In order to maintain the quality of the races/events and to keep the meet running smoothly, we ask that you please email ChrisReed@spu.edu if you have any known scratches after the entry deadline. All scratch notifications (even those on day-of-meet) help to ensure that all competing athletes have the best possible opportunity to make qualifying standards.
