The 2011 Iron Bulldogs are the fifth such class at the University of Redlands. They represent 10 different athletic programs, including six men's sports and four women's. Nineteen student-athletes earn this honor for the first time in their respective careers, with nine making repeat performances.
In addition, Kai Masutani and Chalres Pratt IV collect National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) All-America accolades.
A fierce competitor, Masutani brings a relentless work ethic to the Fitness Center. Despite her quiet demeanor during workouts, she definitely boasts incredible mental toughness and desire at every opportunity to get better and stronger. She looks forward to her final season with the Bulldog softball program, making it inevitable that she will be missed in the Fitness Center.
One of the hardest-working individuals on campus, Pratt has been unquestionably dedicated to his weight training throughout his career. He consistently goes above and beyond what is asked of him and serves as an ideal role model for other student-athletes. Pratt is very determined to improve himself. His work ethic will be missed greatly in the weight room.
Congratulations to all of the 2011 Iron Bulldogs!
